- Who can I admit?
We accept residents of all ages, Alzheimer's, Skilled, Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMO, Private, Hospice, Respite Care, and more difficult to place individuals
(specially those with behavioral challenges, brain/head injury, and secondary mental health needs).
- When can I admit?
- We will admit residents to the facility 24 HOURS A
DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. Requirements are: access to the Physician to verify orders and availability of information for payment source. Please ask for the RN Supervisor when calling after business hours.
- What payments sources are accepted?
- We accept Medicare, Medi-Cal, Private, Hospice, Worker's Comp., and Commercial Insurance. We are also contracted with many of the HMO's and Managed Care Organizations. We will assist with benefit authorization.
- What about quality?
- We are Medicare and Medi-Cal certified. The Quality Assurance Committee meets regularly to review all facility services. Our Rehabilitation Committee meets weekly to review all Medicare, HMO, and Special Needs residents to evaluate their progress. We welcome Managed Care participation in this process. We utilize an OBRA-based computerized MDS and care planning system. Administration relies on an open door policy and quickly responds to any and all concerns brought to our attention.
