Heritage Gardens Health Care Center has the following services available:

Around-the-clock licensed nurses, including 24-hour RN coverage, provide the finest skilled nursing care available.
In-house rehabilitation services are available seven days a week which include:

• Physical Therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Speech/Language Pathology
• Restorative Nursing


Intravenous (I.V.) therapy which includes:

• Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
• Central/Subclavian and PICC Lines
• Hydration Therapy
• Pain Management


Wander Guard is available for residents who require care for wandering mannerisms.   Our Wander Guard system accommodates the resident with protection by alerting the staff that they are near a major exit door.
Aggressive wound care utilizes specialty beds (as needed), whirlpools, and effective treatment protocols.
Enteral support program provides advanced nutritional maintenance.
