What services are available?

The Nursing Facility has around-the-clock nursing staff, including 24-hour RN coverage, and in-house rehabilitation services that include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Aggressive Wound Care, IV Therapy, and Restorative Nursing. We can meet the needs of a family member in need of long-term care.

What payment sources are accepted?

We accept Medicare, Medi-Cal, Private, Hospice, Worker's Compensation, and Commercial Insurance. We are also contracted with many of the HMO's and Managed Care Organizations. We will assist with benefit authorization.

What about quality?

We are Medicare and Medi-Cal certified.   The Quality Assurance Committee meets regularly to review all facility services.   Our Rehabilitation Committee meets weekly to review all Medicare, HMO, and Special Needs residents to evaluate their progress.   We welcome Managed Care participation in this process.   We utilize an OBRA-based computerized MDS and care planning system.   Administration relies on an open door policy and quickly responds to any and all concerns brought to our attention.
